| Description of the problem | Upon arriving at dealership to have truck checked out,truck was moved forward about 25 ft and pitman arm "broke"... Had dealership repair pitman arm at a cost of 185. 11 and once i got home i researched and found out they was a recall on these pitman arms. I called the company up and was instructed to mail them the "broken defective arm" tracking number [xxx] through usps on 03/16/13 at a cost of 10. 40... Usps lost the arm so superlift suspension systems 300 huey lenard loop west monroe, la 71292 says they will only pay half the bill??? It was a defective arm so why do i have to pay half??? They are lucky i didn't get killed!!! Im a disabled vet on disability and fill i should not have to pay any of this repair bill.. Can someone please help?? |
