Description of the problem	I believe that my truck should be covered under chrysler safety recall no. L16 when driving approximately 60 miles per hour or more, my truck has a vibration in the front end. I have taken it to different shops and have replaced the wheel hub and had the tires rotated and balanced. This has not solved the problem. Yesterday when i took the truck in to get an alignment done, the shop owner told me that they did not want to align it because there was a problem with the tie rod end. He did some research and found that under chrysler safety recall no. L16, it states "model year 2003-2008 dodge ram 2500/3500 vehicles may have received the affected tie rod assembly as a replacement part during normal service". I believe that my truck falls under this category. I asked a local chrysler dealership to run the vin number for my truck to see if it was covered under chrysler safety recall no. L16. They said no, it was not. I believe that considering the circumstances that my truck should be covered under this recall. Please advise.
