Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 dodge ram 2500. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the vehicle made a loud sound and suddenly lost control of the vehicle. The contact mentioned that after inspecting the vehicle he noticed that the front left tie rod had fractured. Also, the contact stated that he recently received recall nhtsa campaign number: 11v350000 (steering) which he believed was a band aid to the problem since the entire front end of the vehicle had to be repaired. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The technician diagnosed that the steering box, bolt joints, both tie rod ends, and drive links needed to be replaced.
