Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 dodge ram 2500. While driving approximately 10 mph the front passenger side tire turned sideways and the vehicle continue to drive into a ditch. The contact was an independent mechanic and was able to determine that the front passenger side tie rod and lower ball joint failed.
