| Description of the problem | When driving in rain at a safe speed, wipers would not come on, and then the wipers would start and stop working. When i switched on a turn blinker, both blinkers began to flash. Our local dodge dealership says there on back order 4,000 of this part required to fix this problem. There have been complaints about this since 2009. Does it take a loss of life for a recall to take place? *kb |
