| Description of the problem | 2006 dodge ram 2500 diesel. Passenger side tie rod end falling off of ball. This is the second time this has happened to this vehicle. One at around 60000 miles. And the other was at around 135000 miles. Tie rod ends had recently serviced by dodge facility and another alignment shop no one detected any problems. This is a major problem and causes loss of vehicle control and in the second instance caused me to leave the roadway out of control. No injuries were caused but i live in a mostly rural area and no one was around at the time of either incident. I would add that my family has 4 more of the same vehicle and all have had this same failure. *cn |
