Description of the problem	When ever i use my blinkers going right or left they don't always turn on in the direction i've asked them to. They will go from right to left quickly and back and forth. Example i am making a left turn and turn my left turn signal on. It blinks left and right switching back and forth. This isn't just happening with the lights inside on my dash, it actually turns the blinkers on outside in my lights as well. No one can tell which direction i am actually turning.
