| Description of the problem | While backing out of a parking spot, my vehicle suddenly lurched - the left tie rod end had snapped off flush with the ball. This was the updated version of the tie rod end as well as the additional components required for the update (performed in march 2010 as a precaution when a friend's dodge ram had the same problem and ran into a ditch). Dodge insists they have never heard of the problem?? |
