| Description of the problem | Recall notice n62/nhtsa 13v-528 (left tie rod). I've been trying to get this recall noticed resolved for almost 6 months and chrysler will not release the part to the dealer. Why send a recall notice if you're not going to replace the part? I am fearful for my and my families safety which seems to be a contradiction to chrysler's comments stating "we are sincerely concerned about your safety". If they were concerned they would replace the part in a timely manor. |
