Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2005 dodge ram 2500 diesel. The vehicle was purchased brand new. In 2006, the vehicle rolled away on its own while in park. The dealer stated that the vehicle was included in nhtsa campaign id number 07e009000 (power train: automatic transmission: lever and linkage: column shift). The dealer stated that the failure was normal; however, they installed an alarm to warn the contact when the vehicle was going to roll. Several weeks later, she parked the vehicle and turned the ignition off and the vehicle proceeded to roll. The contact attempted to stop the vehicle and injured her right arm in the process. She took the vehicle back to the dealer and they stated that the 2500 diesel's were made for farmers. She does not now how to use the vehicle and believed that she must have left the engine running when the failures occurred. The alarm only warns the contact while the vehicle is in park. A report was filed with the manufacturer and they advised her to take the vehicle to back to the dealer. The current mileage was 41,000 and failure mileage was 20,000.
