Description of the problemDodge refuses to fix a problem for which there is a service bulletin #2101605 i have been three times to get something done. The dealer says i am not covered by the bulletin, but that i do have the problem. The dealer called dodge and they will not approve the repair. They say it is okay to have a 4 to 10 second delay in the transmission being operable when shifted into gear. The engines revs up and the truck rolls, until it finally catches into gear. I have 24,000 miles on my 2005 ram 2500. I told them (on the third visit july 18) that i became aware of the issue being known about after some one told me it was a common problem. Dodge said they were unaware of it up until i provided proof otherwise. I need my vehicle fixed. My problem is getting worse. What good is my warranty when they will not fix a significant defect? *nm
