Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 dodge ram 2500. When the contact started the vehicle, the air bag warning indicator illuminated continuously. The failure occurred only after the vehicle was serviced per nhtsa campaign number: 15v313000 (air bags). During the installation of the recall part, the steering wheel restraint module was damaged and removed from the vehicle. The mechanic replaced the recall part a second time because the restraint module was no longer being produced by the manufacturer, but the failure persisted. The contact was concerned of a potential safety hazard due to the restraint module no longer being equipped in the vehicle, which affected the deployment of the driver's side air bag.
