Description of the problem	Mr. Dennis shannon had parked his 2004 dodge ram 2500 and then exited the vehicle. The vehicle remained running during this period. As mr. Shannon began to walk back towards the rear of his truck it started to roll backwards. The police report indicates that as mr. Shannon attempted to get back in the truck it ran over him.
