Description of the problem	My under warranty 2004 dodge ram with a hemi engine has loud lifters and runs rough. The lifter may seize causing the engine to suck a valve and seize the engine yet the dealer nor dodge will do anything and claims it's normal. I have 2 other older dodge's and i'm no fool. The engine has 29,000 miles and when i first complained it had 20,000. Please guide me to finding help. *jb
