Description of the problem	Brake system failed to stop vehicle when approaching red light. Was able to apply emergency brake which immediately stopped the vehicle before an accident occurred. Immediately look vehicle to dodge dealer who overlooked brake system for leaks and air in brake lines. Dealer said nothing was found but that they have seen situations where the brakes can become 'soft' while slowly applying the brakes and they even had a fancy name called 'brake continuous travel' or something similar. I explained that soft brakes and failed brakes are two different things as failed brakes do not stop the vehicle. They said if it occurs again bring it back to dealer, this may not be possible if it happens at the wrong time.
