| Description of the problem | The design of the headrest is bad. It forces you to bend your neck as such an angle that it causes extreme neck and upper back pain. I realize that by removing the head rest i will not have any whiplash protection but i am willing to take that chance because i am in pain each time i drive the vehicle. Who ever forced the manufactures to make the headrest this way has never driven one. More research needs to be done before you force the manufacture to use such a headrest. |
