| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 dodge ram 1500. The contact stated that the horn failed to operate. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the horn was repaired. Two weeks later, the horn failure recurred. The contact stated that he would have to press the horn several times in order to get a response. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where the contact was told that the horn did not have a sufficient ground. The vehicle was repaired a second time but the horn continued to fail intermittently. The horn would also sound independently any time the contact was attempting a turn in either direction, or when a slight road bump was driven over. The vehicle was not further repaired. The failure mileage was 4,200. |
