Description of the problem	I received a recall on my dodge truck. I have been to the dealership, east tennessee dodge, crossville, tn. It has been several months now. I do have a vibration in the rear end of the truck. Dodge customer assistance center regarding your 2010 dodge ram. I am sorry to learn of the inconvenience you have experienced. The dealership was correct, the parts are not available for the n08 recall. Reference number: 23976379 he tore of the bottom of the recall and threw it away. He said that he did not have the parts to conduct the recall. He said that i would receive another notice. I showed up at the dealership earlier this year, when the recall came out. The service manager tore off the bottom of the recall, and threw it away.
