| Description of the problem | The vehicle started making a grinding sound, then started jerking right before it abruptly came to a complete stop. Upon getting out of the vehicle to see what had happened, the rear drive shaft was disconnected from the truck and hanging down on the road. We then tried to put the vehicle in neutral and push it off of the main road we were on to a safer side road. The truck was completely locked up and would not move forward or backwards. Upon researching the problem, it has came to my attention that this is part of the safety recall that has been issued by dodge. |
