Description of the problem	I took my vehicle to fowler dodge in oklahoma city to have a recall performed. (rear axle pinion nut-n08/nhtsa) i dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 a. M. And informed the service tech, [xxx], that i needed my vehicle back before the end of the day because it was my only mode of transportation. After waiting 8 hours i demanded a loaner so that i could have transportation while my truck was being serviced. I had also requested an oil change. When i arrived back at the dealer to speak with a manager about a loaner i was told that it would only be another half an hour. At about 5:00 p. M. I was told my truck was ready. When i asked [xxx] if the inside of the axle looked okay he replied that they didn't inspect the inside because they thought they would have the truck overnight and that they only put a retainer on the nut so that i could have my truck back.
