Description of the problem	On december 26 i was driving on the highway at about 55 mpg when i heard a loud noise and just after that my back wheels locked up leaving me stick in the middle of the highway at this time i also was pulling a car trailer witch made it a lot more dangerous as a man driving a truck stopped to help us get out of the road a man driving a honda ran in to the back of the trailer wile i was under the truck tying a strap to pull it out of the way so now we had an accident on our hands. After looking up the truck i found out there was a recall for this part so i called the local dodge dealer and they said they would not help me because i had purchased the truck in mexico witch sounds like bull to me can u guys help me get my recall on my truck and get it fixed.
