Description of the problem	I received the letter about the ram buy back program. They clearly state fair market value but when i go to the web page www. Fcarecall. Com it clearly is only offering me trade in value for my truck. Feel free to use my vin and try it for yourself, note that the page does not work properly in chrome and you will need to use ie browser... Every operator at fca correctly defines the definition of fair market value but then when we discuss the buy back program the definition changes to trade in value even though the letter clearly states fair market value...
