| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2009 dodge ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving 25 mph, he noticed that the rear driver's tire was flat. The contact stopped the vehicle and noticed that the failure was due to the valve stem detaching. The vehicle was taken to an independent repair shop and the valve stem was replaced. The contact experienced the same failure approximately one month later. While driving 70 mph, the front driver's tire went flat. The contact stopped the vehicle and noticed that the valve stem was detached. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, where it was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
