Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 dodge ram 1500. The contact stated that the tpms warning light illuminated. Also, while driving at high speeds, the front passenger and the rear driver side tire valves fractured on two occasions. As a result, both tires became flat. The vehicle was towed to the dealer twice who repaired the valves and replaced the tires, but the tpms warning light remained illuminated. In addition, while driving at 70 mph, the driver side tire valve fractured and the tire went flat. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who again replaced the tire and the valves. The vehicle was included in nhtsa campaign number: 13v038000 (power train), but the part was not available. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 145,000.
