Description of the problem	2009 dodge ram 1500 4x4 5. 7 hemi, i have difficulties with shifting from park after starting my vehicle. This happens periodically and doesn't seem to have any certain reason from issue. Also truck will allow to shift into gear without holding the brake which could cause a safety issue and in my case was. My vehicle was in park and running as i got out and was getting my kids things together when my son climbed in and shifted the truck into gear causing it to roll forward into a tree.
