Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 (na) dodge ram 1500. When the contact started the vehicle, the computer dialed 911, the fuel tank light illuminated, and the front headlights flashed off and on. The contact turned off and restarted the vehicle, but the failure recurred. The instrument panel lighting flashed off and on. The computer system turned on automatically. Also, the radio dial switched from fm to am signal. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed that the harness was burnt out and replaced. The dealer also changed the software.
