Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 dodge ram 1500. While driving highway speeds, the front passenger wheel completely fractured from the axle. A police report was filed, but no crash occurred. The driver sustained whiplash due to the tire failure. The insurance company towed the vehicle to a yard. The dealer was not contacted.
