Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 dodge ram 1500. The contact stated that the rear axle was previously replaced on the vehicle. On one occasion, while driving 40 mph, a loud banging noise was heard. The contact noticed that the rear wheels seized, which caused the vehicle to drive into a ditch. There were no injuries. The vehicle was repaired. The failure recurred and the vehicle was taken back to the same dealer; however, no failure was found. The vehicle was not repaired.
