| Description of the problem | 2008 dodge ram 1500 quad cab 4x4: the outer tie rod ends went at 48,000 miles. I started getting vibration in the steering. Had to have them replaced and the front end aligned at my expense. Checked for safety recall and there was nothing. Have heard from dealership that several other people have had the same problem. Also tires are rotated every 5,000 miles when the oil is changed. Still have a slight pull to the left though. Still have old outer tie rod ends. |
