Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2008 dodge ram 1500. The contact stated while driving at low speeds and trying to make a u-turn the steering wheel became very loose. The vehicle was towed to a dealer who advised her that there was a voluntary recall and repaired the steering drag link bracket. While driving at low speeds she heard a loud thumping noise and couldn't tell where it was coming from.
