Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 dodge ram 1500. While driving 50 mph, the contact heard a clunking noise. The contact depressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle failed to slow down and the rear wheels seized. As a result, the vehicle spun, left the roadway, and landed in a ditch. A police report was not filed. There were no injuries.
