Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 dodge ram 1500 quad cab. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30 mph, a deer jumped in front of the vehicle and in order to avoid hitting the deer, the contact swerved and crashed into a telephone pole. Upon impact, the airbags did not deploy and the driver sustained a concussion as well as injuries to the head and back. The police were contacted and a report was filed.
