Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2008 dodge ram 1500. The contact stated that the driver's side air bag light remains illuminated in the vehicle. He took the vehicle to the dealer four times. The first time he was informed that the air bag failed and new parts would be ordered to replace the entire unit; however, the parts never arrived to make the replacement. He took the vehicle to a different dealer and they ordered the parts. Once again, the parts never arrived. The contact took the vehicle back to the original dealer and was informed that the part was unavailable and could not be replaced.
