Description of the problem	On february 24, 2012, i heard a grinding noise from left front wheel. Took it to repair shop, when truck lifted the entire front left wheel was shaking and about to fall off. This vehicle has 55,600 miles on it. Regular maintenance has been performed on it every 3000 miles or sooner if maintenance needed. The hub assembly had to be replaced at a cost of $303. 95. I was told that had this not been taken care of, there was an extremely high fact that the wheel would of fallen off while traveling at any speed.
