Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 dodge ram 1500. While the vehicle was parked at an independent mechanic for a tire rotation the mechanic stated the lug nuts could not be removed due to rust. The lug nut caps swelled and the wrench the vehicle was equipped with would not fit over the lug nuts. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated the warranty would not cover the repair cost. The approximate failure mileage was 36,000.
