Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 dodge ram 1500. While driving at various speeds, the contact experiences difficulty opening the rear window. The handle is located behind the driver's side head rest. In addition, the accelerator pedal is too close to the brake pedal, which occasionally causes the contact to accelerate when he is actually trying to brake. On one occasion, he crashed into his home due to the pedals being so close together. No one was injured during the crash and the vehicle has not been diagnosed by the dealer.
