Description of the problem	I purchased 4 new vee rubber tires on 12/5/15. Since the purchase i have put less than 20,000 miles on the tires and have now experienced two complete blowouts in which the side wall of the tires appears to have disintegrated while driving. Had i been driving on a freeway or at a speed over 45 mph i definitely would have lost control of the vehicle which may have resulted in severe injury if not death.
