Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 dodge ram 1500. The vehicle has grumman allied long life tires. The contact stated that four ply tires are not strong enough to tow or be used with four wheel drive. While driving 65 mph, the rear passenger side tire blew out.
