Description of the problem	Truck popped out of reverse on several occasions. Tsb on this. Brought to dealer - upgraded software. Also reported problems where it did not shift into second gear on cold start - had to coast for several hundred feet then hard shift. Dealer could not replicate. At 40,000 miles the transmission had to be rebuilt after loud clunk and then no power when starting out. Check engine light came on. Dealer said until check engine light comes on it was impossible for them to diagnose the transmission problem.
