Description of the problem	The fuel emissions vent broke off of fuel tank. I can not fill my tank cause gas will spill all over the ground. Engine light comes on and gascap on mileage display. Dodge told me $800 for a new tank. Said that it should not have broke off and it looked as if it has been that way for a while.
