Description of the problem	When using the left turn signal the right signal sometimes flashes. Sometimes the left signal will flash for a few seconds, then the right signal will flash a few times. Failures are intermittent and inconsistent. Also, the wipers and washers operate intermittently, and the high beam switch works about 20% of the time, sometimes requiring a stop to actuate the switch repeatedly so as not to blind oncoming traffic.
