When the contact would shift into park, turn off the vehicle, and remove the key from the ignition, the vehicle would remain running. He called roadside assistance and the tow truck driver towed the vehicle while it was still running. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and a technician stated that the ignition switch was faulty.
