Description of the problem	Driving home from night school on a local, rural highway, cross traffic has stop signs... I was northbound at the posted speed limit of 55mph. A 2008 toyota 4runner was waiting on a cross street to go westbound, said car abruptly attempted to cross infront of me. I managed to get my foot to the brakes the instant before impact, estimated speed at impact was 50mph. No air bag deployment. My truck was a total loss. I "t-boned" the 4runner in the driver door, it was sent rolling, coming to a rest on its driver side 25 feet in front of my ram 1500 about 60 feet west of the roadway. How is it possible my air bags didn't deploy? Why didn't my lawyers sue chrysler? I had a severe chest contusion from my seatbelt, strained back, my left arm was jammed from finger tips to shoulder and i had a fracture and strain in my hand/wrist that required weeks of rehab. Its 3 1/2 years later and i still have daily pain and stiffness.
