| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 dodge ram 1500. While driving approximately 35 mph, the contact attempted to engage the left turn signal but it did not respond. The failure had become intermittent and when engaging the turn signals either the opposite turn signal would illuminate or neither would function. He also stated that the windshield wiper would not operate intermittently. The vehicle was not examined for the cause of failure and was not repaired.
