Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 dodge ram 1500. While driving approximately 30-35 mph during rainy weather conditions when the vehicle hydroplaned. The contact was unable to maintain control of the vehicle and proceeded to crash into a vehicle and then slid into the median. The seat belts did not retract nor did the airbags deploy upon impact.
