Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2006 dodge ram 1500. While driving approximately 40 mph, a loud howling noise was heard and the rear tires locked, failed to rotate, and the vehicle started to slide. The contact heard metal dragging on the road and hitting the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle finally came to a stop and the ignition was turned off.
