| Description of the problem | Dt*: the contact stated when hitched up to a trailer, there was a vibration from the drive shaft during acceleration. The vehicle was serviced by an authorized service dealer, who replaced the drive shaft hanger. This helped reduce the vibration, but became worse with continued driving. The vehicle was returned a second time, where a more heavy duty replacement hanger was installed. The vibration continued during acceleration at all speeds, although it was not noticed when the accelerator pedal was not depressed. The manufacturer was not notified. |
