| Description of the problem | Will driving on the highway the truck completely shut off and died. I was not able to safely maneuver the to the road and was almost rearended by the vehicle behind me. I had to get out of the truck and push it across 2 lanes of traffic to get it off the road. After further investigation i found that the tipm in 2006 dodge trucks are bad. There has been no recall to date and this is an extreme safety liability. This is the first dodge i have owned and i just purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago. I will never own another dodge, chrysler or jeep vehicle as long as live. I have researched on the internet through multiple blogs and found that very many people have experienced the same issue some not as fortunate as me and were actually involved in bad car accidents do to this same problem. |
