| Description of the problem | 2006 dodge ram mega cab-32000 miles. Multi-function switch does not work properly. Left turn signal activates when signalling right or vice versa. Windshield wipers do not always turn on causing hazardous and unsafe driving conditions in inclimate weather. Multi-function switch has been replaced three times already. Dealer advised dodge was aware of the problem but was not responsible since a recall had not been mandated. Complaint filed with chrysler customer care over issue of responsibility and knowingly replacing defective parts with known defective parts. The issue has not been resolved to this date. |
