Description of the problem	I have an 2006 dodge megacab with only 40,000 miles since we hit 34,000 miles the turn signals work intermittently or not at all. Recently my wife was on the freeway and activated the right turn signal indicator and the left blinker came on she was nearly hit by a fast approaching driver from behind. I contacted chrysler corp. And filed a complaint a rep called me and stated they would by happy to cover the cost of the part if it was deemed defective by and authorized tech i would however have to cover the service fees. I explained to her that our current financial situation would not allow this and in essence this was a defective part and the manufacturer should stand behind their product she gave me the impression that they were not concerned this was an issue or even a safety issue. I stated that the repercussions of such short sightedness could be fatal for some unfortunate chrysler product owners if this is not addressed immediately as i have noticed a growing number of online forum complaints regarding this very issue. All we ask is that this issue be addressed as a recall issue and repairs be completed satisfying customer requests to ensure a safer driving experience.
